Job Summary

Adjusting complex bodily injury and UIM claims, the full-time remote Insurance Adjuster - TX Licensed will manage coverage decisions, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with state laws while delivering exceptional member service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage existing and emerging risks associated with claims
• Investigate loss details, determine legal liability, and negotiate settlements for complex bodily injury claims
• Document all aspects of claims processing, including evaluation and negotiation decisions

Required qualifications

• Expert knowledge of auto claims contracts and relevant state laws
• Acquisition of insurance adjuster license within 90 days
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4 years of casualty adjusting experience required
• 2+ years of Bodily Injury litigation handling experience strongly preferred
