Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for an Insurance Advisor.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct an extensive needs analysis with customers and match them with Auto and Home products that meet their needs
Represent over 18 A-rated carriers and offer unbiased comparison shopping to customers
Help families by ensuring they have the right amount of coverage without overpaying for it

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months sales experience required
Personal Lines or Property & Casualty resident insurance license
Coachable and willing to learn
Competitive personality and internal motivation
Time efficient and technology skills
