Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Onboarding Specialist - P&C (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end agency onboarding process and ensure timely carrier transfers and appointments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers and broker partners during agency transfers
• Maintain and monitor agent and agency appointment records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Preferred experience in broker transfers
• Preferred experience related to commissions
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good organizational skills
