Job Summary
Insurance Agency Operations Director is a full-time, fully remote leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, strengthening carrier relationships, and implementing operational systems within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily agency operations and ensure consistent execution across the business
- Manage agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes
- Build and enforce internal workflows and operational systems while driving accountability across projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency environment
- Proven experience in owning or running agency operations
- Hands-on experience with agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance
- Experience in a call center or high-volume environment is strongly preferred
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of outcomes
