Job Summary

Insurance Agency Operations Director is a full-time, fully remote leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, strengthening carrier relationships, and implementing operational systems within the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily agency operations and ensure consistent execution across the business
  • Manage agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes
  • Build and enforce internal workflows and operational systems while driving accountability across projects
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency environment
  • Proven experience in owning or running agency operations
  • Hands-on experience with agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance
  • Experience in a call center or high-volume environment is strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of outcomes
