Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and evaluate potential insurance agents through interviews to assess qualifications
• Conduct training and recruiting webinars while managing agent activity and production goals
• Maintain activity reports and achieve monthly and quarterly recruiting quotas

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous insurance agent recruiting experience preferred
• Call center experience in customer service and phone sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and comfortable with technology
• Outgoing personality with strong follow-up skills
