Insurance Agent Services Representative

Job Summary

Managing incoming communications, the full-time remote Agent Services Representative will direct calls, perform administrative tasks, and assist in marketing activities while building relationships with agents and IMOs.

Key responsibilities

• Directs incoming calls and performs administrative assignments as needed
• Answers inquiries from consumers, agents, and IMOs regarding products and their features
• Coordinates marketing materials and assists in organizing agent events and seminars

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in servicing insurance or annuity products or a related role
• Knowledge of insurance and annuity products, insurance law, and company operations
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with agents and IMOs
• Practical knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and sales/marketing reporting tools
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for performance and responsibilities
