Insurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Riskonnect, a fully remote Insurance Analyst will manage system configuration, testing, and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and usability of insurance and claims data.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and test insurance policy records, claims workflows, and reporting within Riskonnect
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document issues and enhancement requests
• Coordinate between internal users and the implementation team for feedback and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Familiarity with commercial insurance concepts such as property, casualty, and claims
• Ability to follow defined processes while identifying data quality issues
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and structured information
