Key Responsibilities

• Annually update and renew corporate insurance policies to manage risk effectively
• Implement project-level insurance policies as required by project schedules and contracts
• Review and ensure compliance with third-party insurance requirements prior to contract execution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing corporate insurance programs
• Knowledge of project-level insurance policies including builders' risk and liability
• Ability to review contracts for insurance compliance
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting for insurance costs
• Strong relationship management skills with brokers and insurance consultants
