Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Researches, resolves, and responds to complex application and technical questions from users
  • Provides systems advice, guidance, and informal training to customers on insurance applications and systems
  • Troubleshoots and resolves system problems, restoring technical service and equipment issues


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of Commercial or Personal Lines Property/Casualty insurance work experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Specialty insurance and Surety Bonds is a plus
