Job Summary

To support a growing insurtech company, the remote Insurance Appraiser will deliver an industry-leading claims experience, create accurate vehicle repair estimates, and recommend process improvements while working independently across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers an industry-leading claim experience for all policyholders and claimants
• Writes and reviews vehicle repair estimates and prepares total loss evaluations
• Provides input for continuous development of claims guidelines and best practices

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience handling insurance claims and writing estimates
• Strong experience using CCC software for estimates and evaluations
• Ability to obtain and maintain insurance licenses in multiple states
• Strong technical understanding of the repair process and alternative parts options
• Familiarity with claims best practices required
