Insurance AR Resolution Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Third-Party Revenue Cycle Management, the full-time Insurance AR Resolution Analyst will perform advanced payer-level analysis to maximize collections, reduce bad debt, and ensure compliance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify root causes of Third-Party payer issues
• Validate data accuracy and completeness using SQL and internal reporting tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements and prevent recurrence of payer issues

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of Third Party Revenue Cycle operations and payer behavior
• Skill in advanced analytical techniques and data-mining tools, including SQL
• Ability to independently evaluate complex problems and recommend effective solutions
• Experience developing leadership-ready documentation and recommendations
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
