Job Summary

Supporting a defined book of business, the full-time remote Assistant Account Manager will execute key service tasks, process policy transactions, and maintain data integrity while collaborating closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute assigned service tasks for a book of business with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process policy transactions including certificates, endorsements, audits, and invoicing requests
  • Support client deliverables such as proposals, renewal materials, and loss analysis
Required qualifications
  • Entry level to one plus years of experience in a professional or service environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures with strong attention to detail
  • Insurance license or willingness to obtain as required
