Key Responsibilities

• Bill facility and professional claims to insurance payers and submit required documentation
• Resolve complex billing-related claim edits and payer rejections
• Maintain knowledge of current billing requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school graduate or GED required; coursework in medical terminology preferred
• Three years of healthcare experience, with two years in billing or equivalent role required
• One year of Epic experience required; two years preferred
• Applicable certifications in healthcare financial or coding fields preferred
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications required
