Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced follow-up on insurance billing and collection activities to ensure timely payment

• Make collection calls and contact insurance companies regarding payment status

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or insurance
• No specific certification or professional license required
• Associate degree preferred
• Experience with claims resolution and medical billing is beneficial
