Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Billing/Collection Assistant II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up billing and collection duties to ensure timely and accurate payment of physician charges
• Review patient accounts for accuracy of information including insurance and eligibility
• Utilize Epic and other tools for claim submission and status inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting or medical collection setting
• No specific certification or professional license required
• A driver's license is not required for this position
