Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle patient calls in a remote Call Center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer heavy call volume and address patient questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Forward calls to alternate billing departments when necessary
  • Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client rules and expectations
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, including basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Some knowledge of Insurance Billing preferred
  • Quick learner and willing to ask questions
