Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle patient calls in a remote Call Center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer heavy call volume and address patient questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Forward calls to alternate billing departments when necessary
- Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client rules and expectations
Required Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Some knowledge of Insurance Billing preferred
- Quick learner and willing to ask questions
