Insurance Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and conduct benefit investigations
• Submit and track DME claims, troubleshooting billing issues as needed
• Review EOBs for errors and execute appropriate resolution paths

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DME billing and insurance reimbursement
• Proficient in EOB interpretation and follow-up actions
• Experience with Brightree and NikoHealth or similar billing platforms
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and relevant DME billing regulations
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented, high-accountability environment
