Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute finance agreements, bind requests, invoices, and state affidavits
• Process high-volume invoicing and manage agency billing workflows
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and payment issues

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, insurance accounting, or related financial operations
• Familiarity with agency billing, collections, and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with AMS systems preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
