Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to generate new business and contribute to marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer accounts to identify cross-sell/account rounding opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer engagement
- Generate new business leads through various channels and maintain records of sales activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven marketing capabilities with knowledge of multiple insurance rating platforms
- Retail agency experience is preferred
- State insurance license required within the first 90 days of employment
- Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and manage a portfolio of accounts
