Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to generate new business and contribute to marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer accounts to identify cross-sell/account rounding opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer engagement
  • Generate new business leads through various channels and maintain records of sales activities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven marketing capabilities with knowledge of multiple insurance rating platforms
  • Retail agency experience is preferred
  • State insurance license required within the first 90 days of employment
  • Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and manage a portfolio of accounts
