Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Insurance A/R Call Center Representative will address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely in a performance-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries through various communication channels, delivering accurate and timely information
- Clarifies and resolves customer issues by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions
- Documents all interactions in the CRM system and adheres to quality standards and key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred
- Associate Degree or some college coursework in a related field preferred
