Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor to join their dynamic Insurance Call Center Team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise sales associates, fostering a team environment and high member satisfaction
  • Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and reviewing Sales Associates
  • Monitor sales team contacts and processes, conduct audits, and handle escalated customer issues
Required qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in insurance sales, including 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Active P&C insurance license
  • Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in standard business application software
