Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of pending life insurance applications, the full-time remote Insurance Case Manager will investigate case blockages, collaborate with various teams to drive resolutions, and analyze data to identify systemic trends and recommend process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of stalled life insurance applications, focusing on identifying and resolving issues
- Investigate complex cases to determine root causes and appropriate next actions
- Collaborate with underwriting, new business, and carrier teams to resolve blockers and drive cases to issue
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience in life insurance new business, case management, or underwriting support
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize case resolutions
- Experience partnering with carrier underwriting or new business teams
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns across a portfolio of cases
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
