Insurance Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Analyst will meticulously review, analyze, and process marine insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution while communicating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and analyze incoming insurance claims to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
• Investigate claim details to determine appropriate resolutions and negotiate settlements within established authority limits
• Maintain accurate claim records and collaborate with underwriting and legal departments on complex claims

Required qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster's license in resident state
• 1-3 years of insurance claims experience, including Property, Casualty, and Liability
• Experience with MTC, Builder's Risk, Yacht, and/or Recreational Marine is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
