Insurance Claims Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Insurance/Total Loss Associate to work remotely full-time, who will manage the resolution of total loss claims by recording, tracking, and following up on assigned insurance claims while ensuring timely completion and proper account handling.

Key responsibilities

• Record, track, and follow up with insurance and claim-handling companies
• Investigate reported collision events and maintain accurate claim records
• Collaborate with Loss Mitigation, Insurance, and Ancillary teams to process total loss payments and documentation

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Insurance or total loss claims
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience working remotely (WFH)
• Ability to multitask and conduct research beyond the immediate scope
• Excellent communication skills
