Insurance Claims Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Insurance Claims Associate will assist clients with auto insurance claims, ensuring prompt and accurate processing while collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize financial recoveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in initiating auto insurance claims and provide guidance throughout the reporting process
• Follow up with insurance companies on claim statuses and troubleshoot any processing issues
• Gather and review necessary documentation related to insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Previous experience in auto insurance claims or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English is required; ability to also speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
