Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with processing insurance claims and provide explanations for claim denials
- Guide patients on how to submit claims and check the status of reimbursements
- Handle high-volume inbound calls while maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanor
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Able to work a full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Strong computer knowledge with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
