Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with processing insurance claims and provide explanations for claim denials

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Able to work a full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Strong computer knowledge with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
