Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time temporary Insurance Claims Processor will accurately input and track data, handle customer documentation requests, and process changes to customer policies while supporting the Claims Support Team with remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Input and track data accurately into databases
• Handle customer documentation requests and explain related information clearly
• Process changes to customer policies and identify cross-selling opportunities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience in a related role (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance policies and related procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills
