Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Claims Specialist PB.

Key Responsibilities

• Submits accurate and timely claims to third party payers
• Resolves claim edits and account errors prior to claim submission
• Contacts third party payers to resolve unpaid claims and assists with denial management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of medical billing or medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to professional billing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality according to policy
• Experience with computers and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
