Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coordinator to serve as a point of contact for clients and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Client Managers, addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Facilitate client-specific reports and assist in the preparation for meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely responses to client needs and issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment
  • Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA)
  • Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
  • Ability to travel as required for this position (10%-20%)
