Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Coordinator to serve as a point of contact for clients and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and Client Managers, addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Facilitate client-specific reports and assist in the preparation for meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely responses to client needs and issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment
- Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA)
- Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
- Ability to travel as required for this position (10%-20%)
