Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Collection Representative 2, Remote, Business Office, FT, 8A-4:30P.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies and patients to obtain payment of accounts
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment status
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collections

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of previous collection experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of managed care terminology and reimbursement
• AA degree preferred
