Insurance Collection Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Collection Representative 2, Remote, Business Office, Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies and patients to obtain payment of accounts
• Maintain accurate records of collections and communications
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies during the collection process

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of previous collection experience
• Proficient in managed care terminology and reimbursement
• ICD9 and CPT knowledge desirable
• AA degree preferred
