• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments received

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in insurance collections
• Proficient in managed care terminology and reimbursement
• Microsoft experience preferred
• Ability to operate a 10 key calculator
