Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance and Patient Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues for patients and insurance
• Resolve insurance discrepancies and manage accounts receivable tasks
• Monitor assigned accounts and initiate appeals for insurance payers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Three (3) to five (5) years of high volume collections experience
• Preferred knowledge or experience in Accounts Receivable
