Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Customer Support, Insurance and 3rd Party Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, Contract Booking, and Collections to resolve billing questions and disputes related to insurance/compliance
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal partners to align contract requirements with compliance needs
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and third-party portals for compliance tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1+ years of experience in supporting insurance documentation or third-party compliance platforms
- Proficiency with CRM and/or ERP/billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with customer compliance documentation such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data quality initiatives are advantageous
