Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Customer Support, Insurance and 3rd Party Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance, Contract Booking, and Collections to resolve billing questions and disputes related to insurance/compliance
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal partners to align contract requirements with compliance needs
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and third-party portals for compliance tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in supporting insurance documentation or third-party compliance platforms
  • Proficiency with CRM and/or ERP/billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with customer compliance documentation such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data quality initiatives are advantageous
