Insurance Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Compliance Consultant II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary compliance point of contact for field agencies, brokers, and sales leadership
• Lead investigation, documentation, and resolution of compliance-related issues involving field agencies
• Monitor and interpret newly enacted and amended state and federal statutes impacting agency operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, operational risk, or agency oversight
• Experience working with or supporting field agencies, brokers, or distributed sales organizations
• Familiarity with life and/or health insurance distribution models
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable compliance documents
• Experience in conducting investigations and documenting findings
