Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Insurance Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to insurance regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, advising leadership on risk mitigation
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the insurance or InsurTech industry
• Deep understanding of insurance laws, particularly in E&S and Specialty lines
• Extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment for the insurance industry
• Proven ability to assess, manage, and mitigate risk at an organizational level
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
