Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Compliance Director responsible for overseeing the compliance program and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and monitoring activities
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks while managing licensing, renewals, and incident management

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
• Experience in a highly regulated field, preferably in the collections industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, finance) or JD
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are preferred
