Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including policies, procedures, and regular risk assessments
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including managing regulatory filings and investigations
• Implement training programs for employees on compliance requirements and assess the effectiveness of compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in compliance roles within the insurance industry
• Deep knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs and policies
• Professional certifications in compliance or insurance-related fields are a plus
