Job Summary

To ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, the remote Insurance Regulatory Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory monitoring, manage rate and form filings, prepare for audits, and deliver compliance training while actively identifying compliance needs and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee submissions of state regulatory filings and maintain compliance with legal changes
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and collaborate with the Director of Legal and Compliance to address deficiencies
  • Lead the Compliance Committee and manage the organization's Code of Conduct hotline
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years of professional experience in insurance operations and compliance/risk management
  • 3+ years of experience researching state insurance laws and facilitating state insurance department filings
  • Preferred designations/certifications include ARM, ARC, ACP, or CCP
