Insurance Compliance Supervisor
Job Summary
Seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Supervisor, Product Compliance, this full-time remote position will manage a Product Compliance team, providing leadership and technical guidance while overseeing workflow, quality, and regulatory filings for Supplemental and Group insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workflow and activities of the Product Compliance team, ensuring performance expectations are met
- Review product compliance work for accuracy and adherence to quality standards, serving as a technical escalation point for compliance matters
- Coordinate product filing activities and ensure timely follow-up on regulatory inquiries and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product compliance, regulatory compliance, or a related insurance discipline
- Working knowledge of insurance regulations and Department of Insurance filing processes
- Knowledge of Supplemental and Group insurance products
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to research and apply regulatory requirements effectively
