Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Insurance Consulting Manager will independently manage client engagements, develop strategies for success, and analyze business needs while fostering relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage client engagements from project design through delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction
• Develop strategies that drive high-quality work products within timeframes and budget constraints
• Analyze clients' business needs to identify key issues and propose actionable solutions and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or change projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• Significant experience in the insurance sector, particularly with insurance carriers or brokers
• Experience with Target Operating Model and business process projects in areas such as Sales & Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations
• Proven business development and account management experience
• Ability to mentor and coach junior colleagues effectively
