Insurance Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Control Specialist, Remote, Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive D120 research, including assignment of FSC codes and timely filing deadlines
• Perform quality control for dictionary records to ensure system integrity and accurate insurance mapping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy in insurance mapping and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or two years in Revenue Cycle Management
• Preferred experience with the Athena IDX system and familiarity with D120, FSC, and D48012 dictionaries
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
