Insurance Counsel (State Licensed)
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Insurance Counsel to support insurance regulatory compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and compliance support for personal auto insurance products
- Assist in product development and state expansion efforts, including legal reviews
- Oversee state filings and coordinate regulatory submissions
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution and active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant legal experience in insurance or regulatory settings
- Experience with insurance regulatory filings and policy form reviews
- Strong understanding of personal auto insurance products and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent legal drafting and project management skills
