Job Summary

Full-time and remote, the Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, providing personalized solutions and navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships
  • Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products and services to members
  • Engage with members using effective communication while multitasking and resolving issues
Required qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of the Houston Branch office
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
