Job Summary
Full-time and remote, the Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, providing personalized solutions and navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships
- Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products and services to members
- Engage with members using effective communication while multitasking and resolving issues
Required qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 80 miles of the Houston Branch office
- Spanish fluency is a plus
