Job Summary
To support a member-focused environment, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, deliver personalized solutions, and engage in proactive communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions regarding AAA memberships
- Provide personalized solutions and recommend products and services to enhance member experience
- Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and multitasking to resolve issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 80 miles of Coppell, TX
