Job Summary

To support a member-focused environment, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, deliver personalized solutions, and engage in proactive communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions regarding AAA memberships
  • Provide personalized solutions and recommend products and services to enhance member experience
  • Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and multitasking to resolve issues effectively
Required qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of Coppell, TX
