Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, provide personalized solutions, and navigate multiple systems while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships
• Deliver proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Engage with members using strong communication and problem-solving skills

Required qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must reside within 80 miles of Coppell, TX
• Spanish fluency is a plus
