Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with AAA membership inquiries, provide personalized solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
  • Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
  • Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
Required qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of the Houston Branch office
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
