Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, providing personalized solutions and recommendations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships
- Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products and services to enhance member experience
- Engage with members effectively while navigating multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
- Must reside within 80 miles of San Antonio, TX
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
