Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, providing personalized solutions and recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships
• Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products and services to enhance member experience
• Engage with members effectively while navigating multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
• Must reside within 80 miles of San Antonio, TX
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
