Job Summary

Delivering quality customer service remotely, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls and chats from clients and agents regarding personal lines insurance policies, addressing inquiries related to policy questions, endorsement changes, and billing issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose customer requests and provide solutions while balancing customer needs with company guidelines
  • Manage call metrics including call quality, average handle time, and availability
  • Develop successful customer relationships and take ownership of calls until resolution is achieved
Required qualifications
  • Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines insurance or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements preferred
