Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to insurance and financial products, assist with account servicing, and resolve client inquiries in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls, delivering timely and accurate responses to inquiries about insurance and financial products
  • Assist clients with account servicing, including policy information and transaction updates
  • Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring high service levels and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment
  • Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns
  • Experience navigating multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
